I have been a life long seeker who believes that following your soul's purpose and incorporating holistic lifestyle practices into your life are essential for a healthy, joyful, and satisfying way of living.
I practiced Massage Therapy for 23 years. I am a natural healer. While working with thousands of clients, I discovered an innate ability to physically feel the energy that runs through everyone. Combined with highly developed intuition I was able to determine what is going on with the people that I worked with and had many outcomes where very elusive and painful physical or emotional issues were solved for my clients.
In the course of twenty five years of bodywork I became highly perceptive of the real power that natural healing arts possess. We all have these energy systems in our body's but are seldom aware of them. However they are central to the health of our immune and nervous systems as well as our ability to develop spiritual consciousness.
I am an expert at listening to the wisdom of my own body and can teach you how to tune into yours too as well.
I am a Holistic Health and Wellness Coach, Certified in Functional Nutrition, Yoga and Transformational Life Coaching. I have a Bachelor's in Business & Psychology.
I have retired from Massage Therapy after 23 yrs. I did thousands of hours of hands on healing with thousands of people during that time and clocked plenty of continuing education hours in all types of healing modalities, nutrition, wellness and much more.
I am a natural detective when it comes to getting to the bottom of a health issue. I know how to get results because I am familiar with all the various body systems and know what to do to get them back into balance. How This Journey Informs My Work Today
Everything I offer is grounded in lived experience, not theory alone. I understand chronic pain, exhaustion, frustration with vague answers, and the emotional toll of not being heard. That’s why my work focuses on healing from the inside out—addressing the physical body, the nervous system, nutrition, movement, and the energy and emotional layers that influence long-term health.
My approach blends intuitive insight with practical, science-based tools. We look at what’s happening in your body right now, why it’s happening, and what needs support to restore balance. This often includes improving sleep, reducing pain, increasing energy, healing the gut, balancing hormones, restoring flexibility, and developing a deeper awareness of your body’s signals.
Rather than chasing symptoms, we work toward health mastery—so you understand your body, trust it, and know how to support it moving forward.This is not a quick fix or surface-level solution.
It’s a holistic system designed to help your body return to balance—so healing becomes sustainable, not temporary.
Lasting health isn’t created by doing more—it’s created by supporting the body where it matters most. My work focuses on three foundational areas that must be in balance for true, sustainable healing.
Your first session is focused on understanding you as a whole person. Before we meet, you’ll complete a comprehensive health intake form that gives insight into your eating habits, sleep patterns, stress levels, work and family responsibilities, exercise history, and current health concerns.
During our session, we review this information together and connect the dots. I then guide you through a brief muscle-testing assessment to identify areas of weakness, tension, and imbalance. This helps reveal how your body is responding to stress, movement patterns, and lifestyle factors.
From there, we begin building a personalized plan that may include therapeutic movement, nutritional guidance, nervous system support, and energy or emotional healing—always tailored to your body and your capacity.
